Can I come and visit your showroom?
Yes, we welcome anyone to come and visit our state of the art 1200sqm showroom as we have all our products on display. Please call to make an appointment. Contact our sales department by calling +612 9554 9600 or contact us.
How can I open an account with you?
To open an account with us, you need to be a lighting supplier.

How do I claim a warranty?
All of our products come with a minimum 12 month replacement warranty unless otherwise stated. Most LED products come with a 3 year warranty and our ceiling fan range comes with a 3 year in-home warranty.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick your order during our business hours of Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
