These Portal Access Terms apply to all approved Domus account holders who are granted access to the Domus online portal ("Portal"). By logging into and using the Portal, you agree to these terms in addition to your existing Domus Trading Account Agreement.

Eligibility and Access
Access to the Portal is restricted to approved Domus trade account holders only. Domus reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend, or revoke Portal access at its sole discretion.
Portal login credentials are issued to an approved trading entity and must not be shared outside that organisation.
2.
Account Responsibility
The account holder is responsible for all activity conducted under their Portal login. This includes ensuring that authorised staff within their organisation use the Portal appropriately and securely.
Any unauthorised use of login credentials must be reported to Domus immediately.
3.
Pricing Confidentiality
All pricing displayed within the Portal, including wholesale pricing, account pricing, and availability information, is confidential and provided solely for the purpose of conducting business with Domus.
Portal pricing must not be:
- Published or displayed publicly (including websites, social media, or catalogues)
- Shared with unauthorised third parties
- Used in public advertising or price comparison platforms without written consent from Domus
Pricing information is provided for internal business use only, including quoting, ordering, and inventory planning.
4.
Use of Information
Product data, availability, specifications, images, and pricing made available through the Portal remain the property of Domus or its licensors.
Users must not copy, scrape, reproduce, or distribute Portal content for commercial resale or external publication without prior written approval.
5.
Pricing and Availability Changes
All pricing and product availability displayed in the Portal is subject to change without notice. Domus does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any product or price shown in the Portal.
6.
Suspension or Termination of Access
Domus reserves the right to suspend or terminate Portal access at any time if:
- These Terms are breached
- The trading account is inactive, suspended, or closed
- There is suspected misuse of pricing or product information
- Domus reasonably believes access is being used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose
7.
Security
Users must take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials and ensure they are not shared, disclosed, or misused. Domus is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access due to poor credential management.
8.
Amendments
Domus may update these Portal Access Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9.
Relationship to Trading Terms
These Portal Access Terms operate in conjunction with the Domus Trading Account Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, the Trading Account Agreement takes precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.
Acceptance
By logging into the Domus Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Portal Access Terms.
